 Maximizes store profit goals by driving the achievement of store quantitative measures
including: budget sales, budget wages, budget average sale, budget UPT, shrink, gift card,
email and expense control ;
 Pushes for an exceptional level of customer satisfaction ;
 Maintains and supports the company values and company policies across all direct reports ;
 Creates a strong results oriented team that work together through a strong sales floor
presence and leading by example ;
 Aggressively recruits and hires quality candidates to meet store needs and retains them by
creating an environment of open communication, approachability and recognition ;
 Leads, coaches, and energizes all store associates ;
 Trains, develops and promotes internal candidates through effective use of the succession
and development tool, alongside effective use of the annual performance evaluation ;
 Keeps proper staffing levels in relation to wage budget and sales; follows trading patterns in
sales and flexes when necessary ;
 Takes action with support of DSM on resolving conflict ;
 Ensures that store team executes company visual directives ; trains and develops team in
understanding the brand standards
 Understands store P&L and reacts to improve results through knowledge of retail business
and problem solving skills ;
 Maintains impeccable housekeeping and maintenance standards ;
 Uses effective controls and company reports to reduce shrink and mandates compliance
by all associates on audit and inventory procedures in order to promote a risk free

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
 3 to 5 years of experience in management in the retail industry;
 Business acumen and solid understanding of retail math;
 Proven people development skills and ability to access talent;
 Proven track record in sales, customer satisfaction, operations and visual merchandising;
 Excellent time management and problem solving skills;
 Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach, train and motivate;
 Highly goal oriented with a results driven attitude;
 Full-time, minimum of 40 hours per week, must be available day, evening and weekends.
